HOSSAM ANTAR  

Hossam has served as President of West End Publishing since its inception, bringing vast experience from both the art industry and consumer marketing. Hossam came to the art industry after achieving success in multiple capacities including business development, management accounting and marketing for UK based Unilever.

Since his involvement with the art industry, Hossam has had a clear vision for creating new industry standards through building strategic and mutually rewarding partnerships with leading artists, print houses, and galleries.

JENNIFER FELDMAN  
As Chief Marketing Officer, Jennifer Feldman brings a unique perspective to West End Publishing derived from front line experience in sales, marketing, training and promotion. After graduating from New York University with a B.A., she integrated her skills overseeing catalog production, design, photography, and promotion for bodywear manufacturer Jacques Moret.

Jennifer’s marketing creativity and strengths in product positioning then led to a new level of market integration for Diamonds International, the largest jewelry retailer in the Caribbean market. In charge of media placement, production of advertising materials, and distribution to store locations, she developed successful corporate marketing strategies and plans for individual markets within the Caribbean and Alaska.

Jennifer’s ability to communicate across many levels and her results-oriented approach ensures a leading edge position in the industry for West End Publishing.

ALEXANDRA RISTAU MISSAGIA  
As Chief Operating Officer, Alexandra Ristau Missagia brings 15 years of strategic business experience in consumer marketing and advertising, loyalty program development, and financial planning and analysis. She developed several international co-branded loyalty programs and developed additional partners to the existing program to increase the program value proposition during her tenure at Delta Air Lines, where she served as General Manager in the Sky Miles program.

Her financial experience includes positions as a Senior Analyst within the Financial Planning and Analysis department for Delta, US Airways, and GE Capital, supporting business units for capital investment decision making and investor relations for management reporting. She also has significant international business experience where she lived and worked in Frankfurt, Germany in the capacity of Controller for US Airways’ Germany operations.

Alex has a BSBA in finance and MBA in international finance from American University in Washington, D.C. In addition, she served on the Advisory Board for the Atlanta Direct Market Association, where she spearheaded efforts around supply chain management for direct mail production and best in class customer service program management for consumer-driven industries.

 

LEIF RYDFORS  

As Director of Sales, Training and Auction Operations, Leif brings ten years of practical, front line art auction experience from operating auction programs onboard NCL, Carnival, Holland America, and Royal Caribbean. He has personally conducted over 950 auctions, and grossed more than $50 million in sales.

Leif was consistently recognized for being a top auctioneer and revenue producer in his field, and has an extensive knowledge of art, sales skills, and training. He has written several sales manuals including the sales manual for the largest sports memorabilia retailer in the country. At the conclusion of the consulting position the revenues for the quarter were up 47% to a record $36.5 million (As quoted by Forbes magazine).

Leif has previously managed a staff of 16 auctioneers, and oversaw their training and deployment. He currently holds the position of Director of sales for all land-based auction programs. He has also held several positions in International public relations and hotel management. Leif holds a B.A. from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. and is fluent in English, Spanish, Italian, French, Portuguese, Norwegian, and Swedish.

MAHMOUD ANTAR  

After graduating with a B.A. in International Marketing and Advertising, and receiving several intensive art history courses in London, England; he worked for several years managing art programs, gallery sales and purchasing for various entities in the United Kingdom both within and outside of the cruise industry.

He also brings many years of experience in the printmaking industry which he gained during his work in the United Kingdom. This provides West End Publishing with superior quality hand finished limited edition artworks. His ability to manage art projects and control the quality of the artwork has been tremendously beneficial to the growth of West End Publishing.

BRETT GRADY  

Brett Grady is a seasoned professional of the hospitality and tourism industry bringing nearly a decade of experience in hotel management, and consumer marketing. Brett’s career involved sales, management and business development onboard numerous luxury cruise lines.

In 2004 Brett served as a director of West End Gallery, conducting art auctions onboard high-end cruise lines such as P&O and Radisson Seven Seas. His vast experience in developing effective and innovative marketing strategies and promotions has been instrumental in helping West End Publishing build and enhance its business to business relationships.
