Disciplined self-starter with 2+ years experience in consultative selling in fine art or related industries.
Requirements To Become a Sales Agent:
Proven and current representation of artists
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas
Proven track record for successfully negotiating and closing sales deals
Ability to use sales and cold calling methodologies
Ability to articulate and sell our artwork within a diverse range of industries
Exceptional communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills is a must
Ability to work autonomously with minimal management direction
Ability to use Microsoft Office products
Basic knowledge and usage of the Internet is important
Compensation & Benefits:
We offer a fun working environment and soft value benefits such as lengthy vacations and team events. Agents are paid commissions that are comparable to, or higher than the market level and there will be a chance to negotiate higher commission structures depending on performance.
